The Unify vision is to ensure Queensland families, children and young people are cared for, protected, safe and able to reach their full potential through improved capability for our staff, government agencies and partners to share information and integrate service delivery.

Unify is more than the replacement of the core Child Safety and Youth Justice ICT system – it will have a broad focus on supporting staff, continuing service reforms and enabling more streamlined processes.

Unify will improve information sharing and collaboration across Queensland Government, social services and justice sectors while engaging with young people, families, carers and services

Unify will also implement a contemporary case and client management system that will enable the best outcomes for vulnerable children, young people and their families.

Unify’s stage two release will be completed in 2024. This follows the release of our stage one products: Restorative Justice, Care Arrangements and SCAN products in the last year.
