Women

The Queensland of the future is a place where society's diversity is celebrated, women's rights, interests and wellbeing are promoted, and men and women enjoy equal opportunity and participation.

The Office for Women leads gender equality reforms and delivers projects that support government and industry to promote and protect women’s rights, interests and wellbeing.

  • Queensland Women's Strategy

The whole-of-government Queensland Women's Strategy outlines the Queensland Government vision for women and girls with emphasis on gender equality and related issues across participation and leadership, economic security, safety, and health and wellbeing.
