    The domestic, family and sexual violence sector newsletter is designed to provide up to date information for staff working within the domestic, family and sexual violence sector.

  • WorkUP Queensland

    WorkUP Queensland was created in May 2019 to offer workforce development and training to help meet growing demand for the state’s specialist sexual violence, women’s health, domestic and family violence services.

    The domestic and family violence services practice principles, standards and guidance set out the principles and standards that funded domestic and family violence services are contractually required to comply with from 1 January 2021.

    The Framework offers an evidence-based, best practice approach to recognising and responding to domestic and family violence risk and establishing safety in Queensland. The Framework is intended to provide guidance and a sound platform for the development of integrated responses to domestic and family violence across Queensland, while being flexible enough to support local initiatives, place-based strategies and innovation in responses.
